Welcome to Cape Town. Your journey into wonder begins with a three night stay.

Ascend Table Mountain by rotating gondola for stunning 360 degree views.

Day 4

Journey along the Atlantic coastline to Cape Point. Stop at the Cape of Good Hope and visit Boulders Beach, home to an African penguin colony.

Cape Town > Thornybush Game Reserve (Kruger National Park) (B,D)

Fly to Hoedspruit and transfer to Thornybush Private Game Lodge, adjacent to Kruger National Park where you’ll enjoy a three night Special Stay. Set off on your first game drive this afternoon.

Encounter more of Africa’s wildlife on your morning and evening game drives. Also take the opportunity for a walking safari with your game ranger.

Panorama Route > Johannesburg (B)

Travel the Panorama Route to Johannesburg and see the Blyde River Canyon – the third deepest in the world. Stay at your stylish hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 9
Johannesburg > Victoria Falls (B,D)

Board your flight to Victoria Falls and witness the world’s largest sheet of falling water. Enjoy a two night Special Stay at your colonial hotel.

Sunset Drinks
Be treated to a special Sundowners cruise on the Zambezi River and watch the teeming wildlife on the banks, just upstream from Victoria Falls, drink in hand.

Cruise on Chobe River, home to vast herds of elephants and buffalo, as well as a game drive along the shoreline.

Start your day with an encounter with a giraffe and learn how these animals are endangered. Relive the romance of the movie Out of Africa during a visit to Karen Blixen’s home, before travelling to Kiambethu Tea Farm. Wander through the tea fields and hear the stories of the first commercially grown tea in Africa.

Nairobi > Ngorongoro Crater (B,L,D)

Journey into magical Tanzania and travel onto the Ngorongoro Crater, known as ‘Africa’s Eden’. Enjoy a two-night stay with views of a working coffee plantation.

Day 15

Travel towards the rim of the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater stopping along the way to enjoy the breath-taking vista unfolding before you. Enjoy an extended game drive along the crater floor. The area is reputed to contain the largest number of predators in all of Africa and has been described as one of the natural wonders of the world.

A later start today for the short drive to Tarangire National Park. It’s known for its large elephant herds and tree climbing lions. Enjoy a two-night stay at your lodge.

Day 17
Tarangire National Park (B,L,D)

A day of safari drives with an opportunity to see some of the 250 000 animals that enter the park every year.

Day 18
Tarangire National Park > Amboseli National Park (B,L,D)

Travel to Arusha and enjoy a marvellous view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Return to Kenya and travel to Amboseli National Park where massive herds of elephants migrate across the dry plains. Your lodge, your home for two nights, sits beside a major elephant trail with views of the mountain.

On your game drive today, keep an eye out for cheetahs and lions, often seen stalking the plains.

Day 20
Amboseli National Park > Lake Nakuru National Park (B,L,D)

Journey north into the heart of Kenya to Lake Nakuru. Enjoy a two night stay at your lodge, overlooking the Lake Nakuru.

Day 21

This shallow alkaline lake near the town of Ol Nakuru is home to flamingos, pelicans and other birds.
